In the unfortunate event of an incident occurring please call your usual Account Handler as soon as possible. Please use the following links to select the relevant Claim form, which you should complete and submit. We will acknowledge receipt

Your policy document should contain an emergency contact number for your insurer. If you are unable to reach your normal contact please call our office on 0191 3830112 and fax 0191 447 8294 and enquiries@squarecircleinsurance.co.uk and leave a message if necessary.
